Who uses us

Confidentiality is key, but we provide services to most of the rural estates within the Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and East Staffordshire areas. We also work with a number of local agents, and landlords many of those for the best part of ten years.

Who am I

Dan Hopkinson BSc(Hons) DipIT DipDEA DipNDEA DipDGDA

Having decided on a career change in 2011, with the help of a close friend who had been a Domestic & Commercial Assessor for a number of years, I became a DEA in 2012. Over the next couple of years both my NDEA and DGDA qualifications were added.

More recently I undertook the PAS2035 Retrofit Assessors course, to support my work on older properties. 2022 will see me completing my OCEA course in January and training on using Design Builder in February.

My passion is for conservation, rural and listed properties, ensuring their continued sustainable use moving forward.
